BlueCare: successful management of occupational health examinations
BlueCare is a Czech company specializing in the management of occupational health examinations (PLP) for employers. The main activity is the coordination of medical examinations through a network of contracted doctors, the management of the timetable, the generation of requests, the making of appointments with doctors and the processing of medical reports. BlueCare provides efficient management of this entire agenda for its clients.
How to simplify complex processes?
One of the key factors in designing the solution for BlueCare was to ensure that the system fully complies with the requirements and conditions set by the healthcare legislation. As a healthcare service provider, BlueCare must adhere to strict requirements for the protection of personal data (in accordance with GDPR), the correct recording of medical records and compliance with legal deadlines for each type of medical examination. These legislative requirements set a clear framework for the project and required a high level of accuracy and reliability.
From the outset, we were very keen on the goal with which BlueCare entered the project. Their ambition was not only to cover the necessary agenda, but also to automate as many processes as possible, minimising the administrative burden, which is very high in this industry.
At the same time, it was necessary to create tools for secure data management and storage and to ensure easy and secure communication between doctors, employers and employees. These aspects were project constraints that we were able to work with effectively due to our expertise in healthcare systems.
How we designed a comprehensive solution
At the beginning of any project, a thorough analysis of existing processes and systems is crucial, and this was the basis for the successful implementation of the project for BlueCare. Our analysis included mapping occupational health screenings, identifying bottlenecks and defining linkages to other systems used in the company, including integration with external systems such as physician offices and communication platforms.
We then prepared a detailed solution proposal that included the technical specifications of the system, and defined an implementation plan that took into account key milestones and deadlines. This planning allowed us to ensure the smooth running of the project and to comply with all legislative and technical requirements.

An advanced booking system that greatly simplifies the users' ability to book the required examinations and check-ups, thus significantly reducing the error rate.
Automated deadline tracking: the system automatically monitors appointment dates and generates notifications for both employees and employers.
Independence: customers can manage their own agenda.
Secure communication and data management: thanks to a thorough API integration, we have enabled the secure transfer of sensitive data between all parties involved.
The entire system was built on modern technologies using the Laravel framework Filament, which ensures clear processing and display of complex datasets.
