FITNESEE: On the road to a unique digital gym

When René Chlubný, CEO of FITNESEE, first approached Honza, he was looking for a solution to his idea of an on-demand video platform. He didn't have his own team of developers and wanted to get the platform to market as soon as possible and without compromising on quality.

The goal was to come up with a cost-effective, scalable solution so that the platform could grow with the amount of content and users and allow for future technological and functional development.

How together we built a bridge between challenge and solution

Our journey began with a careful selection of technologies and tailoring the solution to FITNESEE's specific needs. We decided to go with a serverless architecture on AWS, which brought the flexibility and scalability we needed without the necessary hardware investment.

We developed the MVP in a few weeks and launched the platform to the public in a matter of months. All the while, we worked closely with the FITNESEE team on iterative improvements and testing.

Crossing the finish line: measurable success and a glimpse into the future

The result is a platform that not only hosts over 100 videos from dozens of trainers, but also offers personalized workout plans through AI, live streams, and a complete content management and payment plan system.

By leveraging a serverless architecture on AWS, the platform can flexibly respond to user demand, allowing FITNESEE to pay only for the power and resources it needs at the time.
