MPK Asset Solutions s.r.o.is a dynamic electronics refurbishment company. Due to their expansion and increasing demands, their existing Excel-based system had become inefficient and was hitting its limits.

MPK Asset Solutions had thoroughly and thoughtfully mapped and worked out procedures and processes in Excel, which meant the volume of data was increasing, slowing down such a system and thus greatly reducing the user-friendliness of such a system. As a consequence, the error rate increased, or control mechanisms and overall work efficiency were lacking.

Creation of a customized ERP system

At SNADNEE, we approached the challenge with the goal of creating an efficient, accurate and scalable solution. Our goal was to create a system that not only met the specific needs of MPK Asset Solutions, but was also intuitive and easy to use for all employees. Over the course of the four-month project, we worked with the MPK Asset Solutions team to develop a web-based application that efficiently manages their processes and minimizes errors. Using the NOVA administration interface for Laravel, we provided a modern and flexible solution that supports the growth and efficiency of their business.

The newly implemented system has brought significant benefits to MPK Asset Solution. We have seen a significant reduction in error rates and a speeding up of internal processes. The system is equipped with automated notifications and alerts that improve project management and provide managers with a real-time view of project status.
