We are looking for a Senior/Medior PHP Laravel Developer for custom software development

At SNADNEE, we develop custom software and are now looking for colleagues who share our drive for quality code and creating the best solutions. We don't just care about years of experience - we value quality work, a willingness to learn and grow.

Who we're looking for:

Medior, from whom we expect professional experience with PHP frameworks and javascript technologies. He should have experience in estimating workload, testing and be able to solve assignments in communication with clients.

Senior, with years of experience with PHP frameworks, ability to proactively communicate with clients. Considers accurate estimating and thorough testing as the foundation of his/her work. Leadership experience in a team is a great advantage. Able to think about software architecture from a long-term and sustainability perspective.

Medior: 60 - 90 000 CZK
Senior: 90 - 110 000 CZK

*How remote-first approach works at SNADNEE?

Although we work remote-first, we believe that face-to-face meetings are indispensable for better collaboration, sharing ideas and maintaining team dynamics. That's why we meet every two weeks to see each other off-screen. On this day, developers have a technical meeting where they exchange news, discuss interesting things they've come across while working on projects and find the best solutions together. Productivity may be a little lower that day, but we see the space for informal conversations as key to building stronger relationships.

As a developer at SNADNEE you will:

Work on projects built on Laravel.

Design and implement custom solutions, collaborate with clients, communicate closely with other team members.

Utilize Laravel best practices.

Maintain knowledge of the current tools of the Laravel ecosystem, and modern software development, whether for streamlined work, automated tests, static analysis, transparent local setup and more.

And also keep up to date with current AI trends and apply them to real projects.
